Dan Kerrigan, General Manager:

Dan Kerrigan began his career in the restaurant business at a young age.  Shortly after graduating high school, he assisted in the opening of The Office Bar & Grill in the financial district of Boston, MA. The following year he was involved in the opening of the nightclub Vertigo located on State St. in Boston. Although Dan was young, he knew he had found his niche. He loved every minute of these positions and was intrigued by the everyday excitement of these operations.

As Dan’s passion for the hospitality industry grew he enrolled at Newbury College in Brookline, MA.  Dan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, as well as an Associates Degree in Food and Beverage Management.  Throughout his education at Newbury, Dan worked at The Country Club in Brookline, MA. For four years Dan worked through many different positions at the Club, beginning as a server and completing his tenure at the club as the Maitre d’Hotel of the formal dining room.  During 2003 Dan worked as a function manager at the Club enabling him to work closely with Chef Steve LaCount.  From these experiences Dan learned immeasurable amounts about managing a restaurant from the “front of the house” segment as well as the from the “back of the house” kitchen operation.
